Demolition, Penn - Wolverhampton

Sandyfields was asked to clear a site to ground level and prepare it in readiness for the footings for a new property to be laid.

By carefully demolishing an existing building, we were able to retain some of the original materials, such as bricks and oak beams, to be incorporated into the new building.

All waste material was crushed on site and used as hardcore for the new construction.

Using a 13 ton excavator, a 9 ton dump truck, a tractor and a PTO driven concrete crusher, an experienced team took two days to complete the job.
